Notepad
The Notepad was created in InDesign and the design was printed out. A negative was made of the design and the film was then prepared onto a sheet on goldenrod paper. This was then placed onto a sheet of
aluminum and exposed to create a plate. The "ghosting" image was shot after the main design, with a sheet of 30% opacity film placed onto. Oil-based ink was then added to the printing press, along with the
plate. The press printed 75 pages of the design and it was then placed onto a sheet of corkboard. The notepad was then placed into a clamp and the corkboard and pages were glued together. After letting the notepad dry
overnight the was complete.
